Detour is from our first Smoketrail litter. He is the puppy I have worked towards for a long time. I own both his sire and dam and he was bred carefully and thoughtfully mixing two lines I LOVE and a bitch and dog that I think complement each other really well.

I had never planned to keep a puppy from this mating. I had always hoped to repeat it a few years down the line and have my Boobaby then. We had people drop off our puppy list and I worried when I would be able to repeat the mating, and if I would find perfect homes then. We decided that I would keep a puppy from this litter after all and get Hoaxey spayed. This definately wasnt the road we were planning on taking, therefore what else could we call him- hence Detour! His KC name Smoketrail Second Series is because he is my Boo series II!

PuppyD is very sweet. For me he was the puppy who had the most balanced mix between both Mom and Dad. D was the one who just felt right, I couldnt imagine letting anyone else have him!

I have no plans to breed from Detour so won't be health testing him.
