Smoketrail Designer Litter Born 21-01-11 Sire: Reef (Darleyfalls No Fear) Dam: Rajjinka Smokescreen) Three stunning bitches. Two B&W and one Blue Merle
Day of Birth
Week One: The pups are thriving and have more than doubled their birthweight by day 7. Hoax is being a absolutely fabulous mom and the babies are proof of that. We continue the Bio-Sensor program each day and handle the little ones. Personalities are already devleoping and the black and white girls noses are already turning black. I love, love this gorgeous, girlie litter!
Week Two: My girls are well. All eyes are open, although some more than others. They are starting to try to stand up and totter accross the whelping box to Hoax and each other. They are getting cuddled, stroked and Bio-Sensored! The noise is jusr crazy when they want something, think this is a very noisy litter. Hoax continues to bo fantastic, she quite often chooses to sleep with the babies instead of on the sofa with me, cuddled up and warm with her little puppy pile!
Week Three: Pups are all playing now, mouthing each other, growling and barking. They are investigating their area and now the whelping box is open are looking around a lot more. They all respond positively to touch and our voices and hve now met Linx and Detour. Hoax continues to befabulous but is happy to spend less time with them now. Photos are getting harder to take and Coco wasnt playing ball at all today! Had to and do a seperate session to get this shot!
Week Four: A huge week of firsts. Pups have been balancing on the wobble board, climbing over the metal boxes and into the cardboard ones. They all have collars and spend time in the puppy room and lounge. They have been playing chase over Ethans keyboard and have had so so so many visitors! They are funny, sweet and so mobile, food is going down well and the pups are happy and healthy. They dont stay still so photos seem to be getting worse and worse!!!
Week Five: What a litter! They are all a little bit crazy, noisy and fast! Each pup is bold and playful and every girl gets her nose well into the food. I am so proud of them. Hoax is still feeding them but not as much and disciplining them if need be. They have had their first garden excursion and loved racing around the pation and lawn. Each new owner now knows which pup they will be taking home and they all have their pet names as below! The photos were incredibly difficult to take this week, Ihave great respect for my friend Heather Noddle who managed to take such superb photos of hers every week... did she superglue their bums down?!
Week Six: This week we registered KC names and all were approved first time. The pups have all been named after designers in honour of Reef 'Darleyfalls No Fear'. They even have their own theme tune... watch this space :) They have had their first car trip during which bar a few whines fell asleep. They have been on lead and dashing round the garden. And they are so so NOISY!!! Photos this week re courtesy of Sean Cameron http://www.westberksphoto.com/ I just wasnt organised enough to get my usual ones but these are so much better!
Week Seven: This week has been fun- I have enjoyed them being noisy and naughty, they have played with a lot more 'edge' finding heirachy and dominace important. They have all had trips on their own and coped really well. Lauren finally came to see them and hopefully was proud of them too. Finally their mommies collected them! Quiz and Daisy left on Friday and Maze on Saturday. I miss them all very much. Bye sweet puppies- have fun with your new families! We also managed to get some photos of the pups stacked thanks to Lauren x
